Vying for Nyandarua County gubernatorial seat in 2017, is a Kenyan politician, the former Secretary to the Cabinet of Kenya.He is the former Head of Civil Service. He wields enormous power and clout. He took over from Francis Muthaura in 2012.
He previously served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security of Kenya.
Kimemia holds a Bachelor"s Degree in Political Science, Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration. He is currently on the race to unseat the Current Nyandarua governor Daniel Waithaka Mwangi and has launched a site for his campaign trails for his electorate.
